- Please contact your Customer Service Representative and an
email will be sent to you with FTP site information and simple
instructions.
- Let your CSR know the names of the files you will be
submitting, or the files you need to pick up from us.
- Save the email with FTP site information for future uploads or
downloads.
- Copy the FTP address from the email message, and paste it into
Internet Explorers’ address bar.
- To upload files, drop your files into the open window and they will
be transmitted to us. To download files, drag them
from the open window to your hard drive or desktop.
- Our system will automatically send an email to your CSR notifying
receipt of uploaded files.
- Please contact your Customer Service Representative and an
email will be sent to you with FTP site information and simple
instructions.
Several software packages are available as freeware, shareware
or full commercial products. If you don't already own an FTP
application, the links below are suggestions for some of the
software available to purchase and/or download (check individual
licensing details for fees, if applicable):
